    What's the better antivirus for windows 7 x64 ??


    Hello ! I need a good antivirus for my laptop.. And I saw in other forums Avira is the best Can anyone tell me other sugestions ?

    There are many. Every week someone asks the same question. I suggest doing a search and you will get all the info you ever need.

    Some of the contenders are, Microsoft security essentials, ESET smart security, Avast, AVG, and many more. Everyone has a afavorite.

    All AVs, whether free or paid for, are only able to detect malware if the signatures are present in their databases. That is why it is especially important to ensure that your AV updates its database at least on a daily basis.

    As do most of the other AV's....with the noted exception that others may not run as flawlessly or with as few system resources.

I am looking for the best possible antivirus program for Windows 7, that wouldn't take up so much space on my laptop. I don't mind if I have to pay or if it is free, I just want the best protection. :)
Windows 7 without Antivirus
in System Security

Does anybody here run windows 7 without an antivirus? I don't go to any really malicious sites and I find that antiviruses are usually more trouble than they are worth. btw, this is my first post :D
Which of these is better? I'm currently using Kaspersky AV plus Comodo Firewall as noted in my sig.
I need to tell me what antivirus work on Windows 7. Because when i install Windows 7 i put Kaspersky Internet Security 7, and that antivirus don't work. So what antivirus do you use?
