For you brightsun I would recommend "Standard."
If you feel it absolutely necessary to do this don't alter the settings.
Go to the AVG. webpage - Read the instructions carefully re uninstalling & re installing.

Would you care to explain to us what your reasons are for wanting to uninstall / reinstall this program?
If you are so unhappy with this product would you consider using a different Anti Virus program?

JMH sorry for the bother I will explain my reasons for wanting to uninstall / reinstall this program?
I am happy with this product it is the setting the the Toolbar are messed up I thought if I uninstall / reinstall I can follow a Youtube instructions because am not technical person?
