MSE updates?

In MSE it posts the date of the last download.
When I am away from computer for a few days I always manually up date it anyway just to make sure I have current data. I do that, out of habit, to manually update a lot of my spyware, AV, MBAM. I am just a creature of habit or a habit of creatures.
