The simplest thing you can do is to disable third party cookies. Disable First and Third Party Cookies in IE8

There won't be any tracking cookies to delete then.

It doesn't interfere with any websites I use but I'm not sure about poker sites. I think you should try it. It would save you bother in the long run.

Thanx for all ur help will try with cookies disabled see how i go just hope it doesnt crash on a 50 quid pot lol,great help as always guys

You can very well delete them. But I suggest you block them at the source. Avoid third party cookies.
