Running system mangement Apps as a User

Ok super gurus figure this one out ...

I have an ASUS Motherboard for the new i7 processor (the lynfield socket)
I love this thing I have it all set to do everything I want there is only one thing
that bugs me ....I set up an administrator and a user account for security
(so if a viruses gets in my system it only has access to my user account and can't touch my computer settings or services because the user account does not have administrative privlages totally ...I advocate this set up I think it is the most secure you can be ) Any USER account control is on set to what I think the best setting is (second from the bottom , see pic) I do not want to modify this value

So I have my system overclocked and Asus provides this great app called....
EPU 6 Engine >>>What is EPU? ASUS EPU-6 Engine power saving engine-Best Computer Online Store Houston Buy Discount Prices Texas-Directron.com
Energy saving power unit moderates the total computer clock settings ram voltage
and what not depending on the current load to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions so (can u see where I'm going ) this app requires intimate access to
my entire system and therefore when I log in as my day to day user account
I have to always type my log in and pass for the engine to run and manage my system .....it's not a big deal but it would be great if I could somehow set this thing
to always start as administrator even though I log in as a user

How can I get around having to enter my admin pass every time I log in ?????
I don't want to turn UAC off I think it offers an important and necessary line of defense and like I say not really a big deal to type the pass I just wish I didn't have to I have tried going into the program folder and checking/unchecking the run as admin box

Like is there some way that I can go into services and set this service to always
start as admin and permanently save the pass for it Im sure many of us have similar apps and being able to set the ones we want to run as the admin user every time regardless without having to enter a pass for them would be great ....
I realize this sort of defeats the purpose of UAC but I think UAC should have a
whitelist feature in which you can allow certain apps to run without UAC interference so any of you windows developers out there please help create a UAC whitelist it would save a lot of grief and irritation while keeping UAC working
most people just turn it off cause they cant handle the endless passwords.

meanwhile someone tell me how to permanently set the app to run as admin in services

cheers

Hello,
better late than never...

I did the trick following this excellent tutorial (this will show you how to create an elevated program shortcut that allows any user (ex: Standard user) to be able to run a program that runs as administrator without being prompted to enter the administator's password each time in Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.):

Elevated Program Shortcut - Create for Standard User

Once the shorcut 's been created in the standard user desktop, to launch the application ePU-6 at user session log in, copy the shortcut to the startup submenu of the main start menu of the standard user session .

Then, go back to admin account, deactivate the asus sixengine task within task scheduler tool (because otherwise it activates on every non admin user session log in with UAC !!!).

Now, my son enjoys EPU-6 overcloking and energy saving functionnalities !!!
