XP-AntiSpy 2000/xp/Vista/7

I had this software when I was using XP but now that I'm using 7 I'm not sure if using it is recommended. Although it says 7 compatible I still don't trust them until I hear some real opinions or facts. So what do you people think?
I think that using Microsoft Security Essentials with
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: Malwarebytes
and at least the Windows Firewall
used with common sense
is all the protection that will ever be needed. Its free and has a small footprint.
I used it on XP, but have not on Windows 7. Tell truth, maybe just a feeling, but 7 seems to need less "help". A Guy
better off using another spyware program. i use super anti spy ware and it works good
BTW people, XP antispy is not antispyware program
It allows you to turn off certain "functions", or at least it did in XP. I'm not aware that it works in Winows 7, nor am I suggesting it :)

Agreed, per the OP post. It is similar to WinPatrol. I would suggest that free version, instead.
Although it is a little tempting to try the software it probably won't be good idea. :)
I would also recommend WinPatrol. Saved my bacon once.
Personally I would be reluctant to use any program with XP in the title even though they say it works with 7.
Just the name of the program sounds like one of those rogue anti-virus.
