    Cannot install theme


    I want to install a theme I can not because when I right click there is no menu Personalize should like the picture below:


    but had I just like this:


    how to display the options menu personaliz my pc?

    What edition of Windows 7 do you have?

    The Windows 7 Starter edition does not have the Personalize feature included in it.

    I'm sorry, but I do not understand what you mean. Themes are not supported in Windows 7 Starter.

How do I install a theme?

I know this was probably asked 20 thousands of times, but I would load the windows visual style theme in the windows/resource/themes but what about the shell, en-US where do I put those? I want to load the Mac theme but it is so much instructions on how to load it that it gets confusing.
