    Theme problems

I'll try to give an accurate description of what happened. So I got a new 3rd party theme that I wanted to install, but I didn't know how, so I went and googled it. So, I did what the website told me, but I think I did something wrong, because now when I try to reverse it, It doesn't work. What I did, was I switched out the 'Shell' folder in .../Windows/Resources/Themes/Aero with the one in my 3rd party theme's folder. Now when I try to change it back, any windows program that I open (Like If I open Start>Computer, or Documents, or anything like that) What it gives me, is just an open window. It gives me a window, but it's completely blank. I can't do anyting, once I open it, I can't close it, I can't minimize it. It just freezes, and it looks like its loading, or something, but it doesn't respond. Each time I open one, I have to CTRL>ALT>DEL and manually shut it down through task manager. I need help on this.
    Thanks ahead of time.

P.S. What I need help with, is I want to put everything back to normal. Thanks.
