You can use a seperate program, as I do, just for cursors. Then you can have your pick of hundreds of cursor packs.

CursoFX (It's free)

Then pick some cursors you like (also free)

it depends of theme builder rather the theme applies cursor or not.its simple tho
its all in the scripts...
but there are bunch of that kinda themes at creativx.net

problem with Windows 7 OEM Theme Packs
Hi, I have downloaded the "Windows 7 OEM Theme Packs" and did try 2 of them : FUJITSU and GIGABYTE then I went to remove them so I first did select an other them , and then made right click on each one and selected > Delete. Problem is in the window where you change the desktop...
