    ShellStyle.DLL editing Problems


    Hey,
    I am having problems creating a third-party theme for windows 7 x64.
    Got up to the stage where i need to edit the shellstyle's but i cannot edit them.
    Tried dragging and dropping, opening them in Resource Hacker and even unsigning it then trying, it says its open but wont let me do anything look at the picture and please help D:

    This is normal as only the newer version 3.5.x supports x64 dlls

    just a quick question?
    Not the best with these things so just curious on to wether we could use teamviewer and you could run me through on creating "third-party" windows 7 themes?

    I'm no expert in creating custom themes, so someone who knows how to make themes might assist you :)

    Windows 7 Style Builder

    everyone uses that thats all there is

    it costs about $20 Us though

    you have to buy it

    there is no trial

    if your talking about other ways of getting it

    then you need to try that on your own and it cant be disscussed in this forum
