When exiting control panel icon text get distorted

I recently downloaded dream scene in order to have a moving desktop. So, then I when to change the theme to that and everything worked fine until I exited from the control panel. Then all of the icon's font's border disappear. In order to fix it I have to go to the control panel and change it to something else and then return it. But, then when I exit it the same problem happens again. How can I fix it?
