Windows 7: I cant delete themes.

I cant delete themes.

I try to delete themes in c:\windows\resources\themes bit i get error that some aplication use all files in folder.
Please help :-(

Why do you want to delete them?

Try deleting them in safe mode (F8)

cant you just right-click the desktop, select "personalize", then right-click any theme you want to delete?

Can you describe that in a little more detail. Hard to guess from that one sentence where the problem comes from - but pretty definitely not from themes.

How to delete and import own Themes from CP\...\Personalization?
Meanwhile I have a couple of Themes created. They appear all in Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization Under "My Themes". How can I delete one of theme? The right-click-context menu does not offer a delete.
