Theme not Changing?

    You said earlier that you have had used some system file patcher program and also UxStyle, I guess, something terrible has happened which seems beyond to be repaired. I'd advise you to do a repair install which seems the fastest and surest way and then try using UxStyle to enable custom themes.

    Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker ; it will bring all your system to its default state .... there would not be any customizations .

    Now patch the three files, copy the theme files (only the theme files) in windows's theme folder .... and report back .

    You have told previously that you have aero enabled .... isn't it ?

    Repair Install
    I would thing about doing this 1st uninstall UxStyle restart then do the repair install then start fresh with 1 of the 2 of the ways of applying themes. Read them real good 1st.
