winstep xtreme

Using winstep xtreme & devianart themes I can't apply them to winstep xtreme program. they are d/l in a zip format. tips & help Is needed.

I have Winstep NeXuS dock & the theme for it are in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Winstep\Themes

Re-Installed Windows 7 64, Now my sound output seem's about half of what it used to be. Been through all the setting's and cant find anything to get it back like it was. Followed a link on the Creative support page and installed Windows10/7 drivers. Back to normal now :)
