Win 7 Pro x64 / Win 10 Pro

I just tried it on a couple property Windows. I used a simple 55 x 55 pixel image in pink & a black cross. As you can see in the screenshots it didn't turn out very well. In two of the Windows it tiles the image and in the other it has small artifacts of the image.

system properties is not showing amount of ram if I click windows experience index than show print detailed report it shows full 4GB as does task manager and my sidebar gadget but in system properties installed memory section is blank any ideas?? I am using windows 7 rc x64
