Using Hex Editor to Edit Normal.res

Hi there, I am in the process of altering my theme. I know most of the most common addresses in normal.res but still cannot locate a few. I am still looking for these.
    1. The file transfer progress bar when copying files.
    2. The border between navigation pane and explorer window. (in windows explorer.)
    3. The "Organize" bar in windows explorer.

I have attached some pics to hopefully show what I mean.
As you can see, progress bar & organize bar are already modded (blue) in the pics. & I was curious as to how to achieve it.
    Any help appreciated!

Okay, I've worked out how to do the progress bars.
Extracted all IMAGE png's from .msstyle using restorator, recoloured the progress bar png's, then popped them back in. Worked no problem.

Still looking for other two though :-(

Whenever I do that I always end up with horrible color fringing on the 'active' one (ya know, the one that always runs with windows update).
I've spent the past year, on n off, trying to make an orange/amber version. Still no joy.
