    In WSB try
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Reflections > Main
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Reflections > Overlay TopLeft
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Reflections > Overlay Sides

Look at Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Colors (Globals) > Glowintensity:int & make it 0 that may help with some the blur

Here this may help with the blur

Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Top > Active
    &
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Top > Inactive
You can change the COLORIZATION:INT to 0
