That is why it does not work

Themes cannot be applied on your edition of Windows 7

Nothing other than upgrading to a better version of 7 [home premium, Pro, or Ultimate]

All though, there might be a way to get it to work, but it would require some system file editing, and i'm not even sure its possible

You should be able to buy it at your local tech store, or you could order it online [either from an online store in your country, or a online store which is located outside your country]

Custom Themes in Win7 x64/x86 SP1
Hello everybody, installed a couple of days ago SP1 on both my Win 7 machines, notebook x86 , desktop x64. SP1 looks like it overwrites uxtheme.dll or something with new versions. Does anybody know if there already is a patcher to be able to use custom themes on 7 SP1 ? Thanks.

Issue with VMWare Tools on Win7 Build 7600
I have run most all the RC builds in a VMWare test environment. Up until now I have not had any issue installing and running VMWare Tools in the VM running Windows 7 RC. Now with the last two RTM 7600 builds after installing VMWare Tools and upon reboot the system just hangs before the login...
