You can use Universal Theme Patcher to patch windows 7
TCP-Z, Best TCP/IP Patch: Universal Theme Patcher (v1.5, Build 20090409)

it's better to use this one, it patches everything in memory so you don't have to change any system files:

when I want to install theme it shows " This edition of windows doesn't support themes
