    Windows 7 Ultimate Aero issues

This is my first Post so bare with me

I just recently installed window 7 ultimate from Windows Vista Home Premium and after all the installing i finally get it going and try to change my window colors, but it doesnt allow me to change my aero settings. Instead it brings me to windows classic theme changer.
    Kinda lame.
So i go to "troubleshoot problems with transperancy and other aero effects" and it says

    Windows 7 Ultimate Aero issues-aero-error-1.png

so i click next then it says this

    Windows 7 Ultimate Aero issues-aero-error-2.png

i used microsoftFixIt.aero.run and that did didly squat.

I saw a thread on here before with someone that had the same problem but there solution didnt work for me
heres the link Windows 7 Ultimate- Aero effects problem

Im not much of the computer person, so if you have any questions, you may have to give me details on how to do it (ex: finding more details about my laptop)

please reply as soon as posible, ill check back on this every so often

    Welcome to the forum,

Can you type Device Manager in start menu search, and open that.

Expand the display adapter like this,

    Windows 7 Ultimate Aero issues-capture.jpg

and post a screenshot of that.

Your specs say HP G60, any other numbers after that?

There are 86 HP G60 models listed just in the U.S.

Select a product or category from the list below - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

Not much info on that screenshot for the display adapter, you do need to update that co processor driver.

    Have a look at this,

Locate the Notebook Product Number or Model Number - HP Customer Care (United States - English)=

Excellent, here's the driver, I would save it and then run it after it downloads.

Graphics Driver for NVIDIA nForce MCP77MV Chipset HP G60-121WM Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)=

I don't use software to find drivers but I've seen this mentioned a couple times,

Download DriverMax and update your Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 drivers

It will only give you one driver at a time on the trial version.

If you right click on that co processor in device manager and select update driver windows might find it for you.
