How to delete and import own Themes from CP\...\Personalization?

Meanwhile I have a couple of Themes created.
    They appear all in

    Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization

    Under "My Themes".

How can I delete one of theme?

The right-click-context menu does not offer a delete.

    Where are they stored?

Assume I save a Theme and want to import it on another Win7 computer.

How can I import such a Theme?

Sounds like this should answer most of those,

Theme Pack - Create, Save, Install, and Delete

This is where saved themes are, C:\Users\User-Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

That is a hidden folder by default, Hidden Files and Folders - Show or Hide
