How to use all world themes in one

I know title does not explain it very well but i'm trying to do what is described here:

Access Hidden Regional Themes in Windows 7 - How-To Geek

In a nutshell i'd like to get ALL the hidden regional themes loaded into a single theme, so i can give the machine to someone and they will have plenty to look at without having to worry about changing it themself, I have tried "Syntax error" method but even after taking ownership of it i still get an error saying "Access is denied" so anyone have any ideas where i'm going wrong?

Why don't you just put all the walls in a single folder and select that folder from the theme you choose, save that theme with all the walls included.

I don't know about the "Syntax Error" method, but here's our tutorial for the same thing,

Thanks Jerry but using thyat themepack gives just about 20 images but when you look at "Syntax Error" method there is about 80 or 90 images so way more then world themepack offers.

Derek using the link you gave me only gave the same number of images (about 20) there are supposed to be loadds more hidden world themes but as yet i have not worked out how to get them yet, but i'm working on it, if i find out
    how i'll post back.

I could not find any more hidden wallpaper just what is shown in the how to geek link maybe other country OS have others mine is US. I searched for PL-wp1.jpg on my system not there but a google search did find it.
If you find them all making a themepack is easy.
