How to create a custom Aero Theme?

    Hi All,

I like the standard Aero Theme's that come with Window7, but I would like to create my own using family photos instead. Is there a work instruction that will show me how this can be done in Windows7?

Also is there a standard resolution, size, width etc.. these photos need to be?

    Thanks.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
You will need to explain better what you want to customize like just the desktop or the theme that controls the look of the Start Menu, Windows Explorer, taskbar etc.

from what i understand is that you want to create a normal theme where you have family photos instead of the default OS ones? if yes,
just copy & paste the specific family pictures you want in your user >my pictures, go to right click personalize & choose picture location to >my pictures. it automatically selects all of them available, but you should just untick the ones you do not want.
    hope this helps :)
