Windows theme going to classic every startup

Got a really strange problem here, for some reason everytime windows is started, the theme changes to classic. If i go right click the desktop > personalize then all the themes are grayed out apart from classic. I have to go to services > themes (which is listed as started and automatic) and manually stop and start the theme. Everything then works fine until i restart my computer.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

Try this, open Services.msc then Themes, click Disabled then stop the process, restart computer.

Then open Services.msc and set to Automatic again.

Then go to Control Panel // Personalization : Click a theme other than Windows Classic (High Contrast), restart your computer again and select a Windows 7 Aero theme.

    Let me know.

didnt wok :/ however a new message is popping up saying windows failed to start a service everytime i log on. In the event view i get:

    event 7006, service control manager

The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for Type with the following error:
    Access is denied.

I presume this is the problem ? But how do i fix :s

Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Settings, Adjust for Best Performance, try this with Themes on Automatic and Started.

May I ask you Graphic Card driver name?
