Custom Themes, Icons and Start Buttons.

While we can do alot with themes, Things like the start button and the windows icons are in system files that can't be changed without hacking. Its not hard, but in many cases its not safe.

Becasue your computer can crash and you could mess with a inportant system file. Make sure you back up any files you do change.

I made some custom folders if anyone want's to use them, inspired by icons made by molinarosp on DeviantArt.
