If you are referring to my blue ones, then no they were meant for the general public but you can use them for whatever you like.

The icons I was asking about were in your post I believe.

It is hard to find great icons like this for commercial use.

Thanks, I had downloaded the Windows 7 and Vista icons already, and after I saw how cool they were, I was curious if we could use them in our applications that we sell.

It's windows dll's for 32 and 64. It is not big. Imageres and shell32 are 35mb.
