Do I have to do anything special besides simply opening the theme? My user picture is still there on the start menu.

Have you patched your system for custom themes?

If not you will have to do this first then install this theme and then reboot. Sorry for not explaining.

You can download a universal theme patcher for windows 7 from here- http://www.ghacks.net/2009/05/21/win...hemes-patcher/

Anybody else get this to work? My user picture still doesn't want to disappear. I'm on build 7000 if it makes a difference

Is there an ez way to install these besides using IP? My OD sub expired. These are very nice! They go perfect with Aeroshine style.Wish you would make a complete IP set with file types too.

You could try Restoator to open the imagres and shell32 dll's and replace the relevant icons, although I didn't have allot of joy with that method, you can also open the archive with 7-Zip and extract the icons into another folder and then use them to customize icons of your chosing one at a time.

There is always the option of installing the public Iconpackager with a 30 day trial, by the time the trial is up you will probably be on the next build anyway and you can start over.

Just found this nice little free app that will let you edit and replace system icons.

    Nice find!
You mean change icons by using the resource editor on imageres.dll?
