Let me get this right, you want to change ALL the folders?

If it is, that can be done in both TU09 and in Winbubble
Can also be done without software, but that would be advanced (Needed to open system files and edit them)

yes all the folders... if i were to edit the system files.. do i still need to use an app ? if so maybe i'll stick with TU09... btw is Winbubble freeware

Winbubble is freeware, yes You will have to get either Resource tuner or Restorator (Shareware, but there is a 30 day trial) to edit the system files. It will be easier to just use the software i recommended

i thought it was just an icon packager/changer but it also comes with other tweaks as well

Yeah it does some cool tweaks, like Editing OEM Info, adding shortcuts etc.

I want hotsexy women icons and buttons, prefer to keep the clothes on, but if you can't help it (if your a guy), you can give one or two nude ones.

I still your guys work, and My jaw hits the floor. Why aren't you guys releasing professional images?! So talented, and you're doing free work. Maybe you guys should group together, make some complete skins/sets, and sell 'em cheap on the site. You could even offer tutorials on how you made 'em, so people could learn.
