If your going to try the one I made, make sure you download the zip because it has been saved as a 32Bit Bitmap which is the same as the original and it won't have the black box around it, I also edited the alpha channel on it to get the right level of transparency.

Right click the Superbar>Toolbars>New Toolbar...enter

%AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch


Drag this all the way to the left, then right-click the newly opened toolbar and uncheck Show Text and Show title, finally right click the Superbar again>Properties>Taskbar Appearance..place a check against Use small icons..there you have it!
