Editing the colors of lists in random themes

Hello everyone. Need your help in modifying a theme's color styles for lists. I found a theme in the web called tYpe. Everything looks great, but my eyes cant stand the lists customization in random software(Opera,Total Commander)

Can someone please tell me how to change this?(tried to look in the Windowses Colors and personalisation...on something like that, and didnt find anything).

And another question. The Windows theme also affects the colors of the input fields of the browsers. How to get to these configs ? Thanks
