I followed all the steps provided by the theme, you can see above in the link I posted.
I used UXcore, put the folder Concave in the theme folder and than run a exe file that belongs to the theme.
I also used an extra icon pack (Neon pack 2).
No I even got a message from windows that my system is running slow and that I should not use an aero theme.
Do a system restore again.
After using UXcore tried just installing the theme only and do not install nothing else can see how it runs I have that same theme on my computer and it does not slow it down at all.
