After changing Windows 7 Theme everything looks gray and has a border.

For some reason after I changed my Windows 7 theme, firefox started to look like this, in every site, I tried re-installing, restarting and even system restore but it still doesn't fix it, I remember this happening before and I had to press CTRL+ Something, I forgot.

Here's what it looks like: https://i.imgur.com/ggrp0.png

I tried using another account and it looks fine, nothing seems broken.

Also this is just another small problem but might as well give it a shot if anyone knows a solution: Well I set my downloads on "Ask me where to save my files" and then after I download something I always put it in it's right folder, But recently for some reason when I click Save File and Ok the Save As... window doesn't show up, I waited for a bit and I still get nothing, I even tried it on Google Chrome and another account but it still wouldn't show up, Though making it download to the default "Download" Folder works, But it still bugs me. If anyone has a solution for this, I truly appreciate it.

Thank you for the welcome. Thank you very much for helping me fix the theme problem but I still got the irritating download problem. I checked the box that you wanted me to check but it still ends up not showing up at all, In any browser might I add.

I check the box on options like so:

Then I try to download a file and it ends up like this:

What version of Firefox are you using?
Run option 2 of this tutorial SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker it will not harm any data or programs you have installed, but if you have modified any system files with custom icons it will revert back to the default.
Download and install Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.60.1 - FileHippo.com let it update and run the full scan and see if it comes up with anything.

Well I have tried both of those solutions, It helped fix a few errors but not the ones that really need fixing. I still have the Save As... Windows not showing up problem. I've got a few pictures that might help. My Firefox version is 10.0
If you need more info such as the logs and my add-ons, just ask.

The download window looks like this, But it feels like it looks somehow different.

My bookmarks all have this weird white outline/border which it didn't have before.

And one last thing is that all my scrolling bar looks like this, in ANY program and any browser.

Try starting it in save mode and try it Firefox - Start Firefox in "Safe Mode"
Try creating a new profile and try it Firefox - Create and Run Multiple Profiles

If the above does not work try to test a new account
    User Account - Create
    Or
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Well the problem isn't fully related to firefox as to, the "Save As..." Window or as I tried to search it up really hard, I found out that it's also called the "Dialogue" Box and it doesn't show up in anything, Or mostly anything for example, In audacity it doesn't show up when I try to save and it also doesn't show up when I download in Google Chrome or Firefox and I'm not sure if it's a problem with the registry but it's unlikely that it is, as well with a virus.
So what I assume is that it might be a problem with the theme, But I'm not sure. I also created a new user and it still doesn't fix it. It'll be obvious if the problem is fixed by looking at the scroll bar, If it looks like an "Old Themed Windows XP" scroll bar, it means that it's still broken.

EDIT: Actually I don't think it IS a problem of theme now, Since I changed my firefox theme and the scrollbar is back but the Dialogue Box still doesn't show up.

Are you using the "Classic" Windows theme?
