    no, the OP (me) is saying that the theme of this site appears to me to be a sort of "jade" Aero, and it looks really cool. I would really like to see an actually Windows Aero theme that looked like it.

    maxsideburn, thats the default theme of the site.

    Anyways why dont you play around with the windows colors?

    Ive just fooled around with my settings and heres what I came up with

    it's actually quite possible to do what you're asking. by default, Aero shows these silly diagonal stripes behind windows. that resource is easily replaced with any design you want, including a marble texture to give the effect you're looking for.

    i have even seen a Vista style that puts snowflakes there :)

    my windows 7 machine is in the shop, but next week, i can help you with this. or, if you want to try yourself, let me know, it's pretty easy!
