    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Post a link to the theme you are trying to use.
Is it a third party custom theme? If so did you patch the system files first?
If it is a third-party custom theme you will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7
    Or
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes

    Let me know.

I have had the theme running before and I have patched the system files several times.

Did you use Universal Theme Patcher or UxStyle Core Beta?

There was a patcher that came with the theme. I'd have to check for the name

My guess is whatever you use to patch your system files is not working anymore.
Do Option 2 of this tutorial SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker it will not harm any data or programs you have installed it will repair any system files that you may have changed to customize your system, and you will need to re-patch the files again to use a custom theme.
