Anyway to get aero settings for windows 7 starter?

    Heya,

Does anyone know a program that can get me windows 7 aero themes without having to buy anything? And if so, will it affect the performance of my laptop?

This claim to be able to do it Download Personalization Panel 2.5 Free - Customize the appearance of your Windows 7 Home Basic or Starter - Softpedia
Then you will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7
    Or
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes

If you are asking about Download Personalization Panel 2.5 Free - Customize the appearance of your Windows 7 Home Basic or Starter - Softpedia I don't know but the reviews say it does Personalization Panel 2.5 user reviews - Softpedia
The other 2 do for Enabling custom themes.
