Question on Windows 7 themes

Hi

I'm new here. I went through the "Post Your Windows 7 Desktops" thread and saw a lot of neat themes used.

Whats a solid and reliable website I can download themes from ? I did a search on google and many came up with alot of ads etc. So i'm wondering where most people get their custom themes from ?

I'm keen to get the "Mac hotbar" , custome gadgets and desktop icons. And how much resources do these themes and gadgets take ? Coz i'm using default theme atm and on Win 7 Ultimate 64 RTM

Thanks

I'm looking more of a clean and futuristic layout which do not want the Windows "feel"

Here's an example:

You find a selection on deskmodder.de.
What you see on the Desk is Trillian, Rainmeter and a Dock (RocketDock or ObjectDock)

Hey yeah I use Trillian as well, but how do I get Trillian to match my desktop's theme ?

Why I run Microsoft Flight Simulator (FSX) it changes the theme to Windows basic. Why? It does it with Vista too. Like, I doubt the game was made for XP.
