Is there a WMP 11 skin for WMP 12?

My WMP skin is very similar to what you seek (disregard the background, I use a background changer, you could change it to whatever you like). If you like it I will attach the wmploc.dll

Hi I'm new to sevenforums how do I download the attached file? I know it's a very old post, but I'd like to use that skin too.

Thanks for the download link. But I don't know how to replace the files. It says something like "you need permission to do this". I tried "take ownership" registry key but it doesn't work. It still needs permission.
