Any "theme" you install will use more resources than normal. Varies on theme I guess. Do you trust where you got it from ?

I deleted the theme because my computer become slow. I transferd any data to my phone at 3-6 mbps before installing the theme but now it reduced to 500-600kbps. Please tell me how to retain my previous speed ?

That theme should not have slow your computer down that much, although you are running bare minimum for RAM.

You could try a System Restore to a point before you installed the theme and see if that helps.

To install the theme those all package needs to install ??

and how to quickly install the carbon fusion theme download from-"http://fc01.deviantart.net/fs50/f/2009/292/1/3/Carbon_Fusion_For_Windows_7_by_sergiogarcia9.zip".
I read the instruction mentioned in the forum's thread but its complicated to me.

I have all three of those installed on my computer and it has not harmed it at all.
If you do not want to use Uxstyle core then you could use the Universal Theme Patcher.

You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7
    Or
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes

and how to quickly install the carbon fusion theme
Put both the 1 carbon folder and 1 carbon.theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder look at screenshot below.

Not yet when I post comments but read it after doing that.

Main thing is why I'm Put this thread cause my one friend said to me that he installed a win 8 theme on his win 7. And he got many problems in his computer like hard disk problems, OS problems. So, I admit it.
