    Can't change my theme.

Well, some guy at work ****ed with my computer while I wasn't near it(what a douche bag), and apparently he edited the group policy settings so that I couldn't change my desktop background. After finally figuring THAT part out, I went in to the group policy editor and made everything that he 'enabled' back to 'not configured'. Thinking this had solved the problem, I went and found another desktop image, set it, restarted my computer..lo and behold, the same damn image that he had gotten stuck on there..was there again. So..any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am out of ideas, and so is he.

    Hello Casanova,

You might double check the Step Two options in both METHODS (Group Policy and Registry) in the tutorial below to see if this may be the cause.

If not, then you can try a system restore using a restore point dated before he touched your computer to see if it may be able to fix this for you.
