Site to upload the windows theme

Recently, I've learned that DeviantART does not allow their users to upload .exe on their website, where my theme is in .exe files. I also know a place like Creativx.net , Virtual Customs.net & Uorevolution.net but the problem with the place is, you must register to download any theme in their website.

So, can I know where is the right place for me to upload my work (windows 7 theme) other than 'deviantART', 'Creativx.net', 'Virtual Customs.net' & 'Uorevolution.net' or any place like deviantart who can accept .exe theme file ?

Sorry, if my thread out of topic, but i cant find any other place to asking about this problem....I'm so depressed now.......

Note: I dont want to make my own website because it require many time to organize a website/blog, I have no free time do it.

Can't you put it into a .zip folder and upload to e.g. Skydrive or Fileswap.

it wont take that much time to register and make 10 moderated posts at virtual customs, if you want to get your work out there you have to put in the time to promote it.
its that simple. i wouldnt download an exe that i didnt know the origins etc. a trusted site if it was hosting it i would consider.
i doubt i am alone in that thinking.

also once you have a site to host it you can put download links on deviant art, create your gallery but point people to the exe elswhere thats how mr grim does it. and many others who have installers with their theme packs

I have thought this way but the problem now is that most consumers do not like to download those places require you to register first, and then download & I do not care about the promotion or popularity for my theme (number of downloads ..) ....

To my knowledge, most people download mr.grim theme, are not form virtual customs, they download from other sources such as Mediafire', means that someone has the download mr.grim theme in virtual customs then put it in 'mediafire' and post to everyone ....

Why not just use the theme folder and .theme file, the .exe will turn most people off, I will not install a theme that is a .exe.

All people have different opinions. I personally dont like using the theme that use .exe or skin pack, but it also depends on what type .exe that the theme creator used.

I dont like .exe that used a full control as popular as skin pack by!hameddanger , where you have to use his software to uninstall ( no manual install & uninstall ) and sometimes cause problems. Winrar not using full control. I mean it only facilitate your work, where it automatically extract the files you want to the place it should be, when you click the 'install' and it does not require software or WinRAR if you wanted to 'uninstall', you can do usual 'uninstall' method theme if you want to deleted them.

I build the .exe version is an alternative for those who are not familiar in installing theme or computer, this means that I have prepared two types of download for my theme '.exe' version & 'manual' version.

and personally I think both have advantages, example advantages of skin pack or theme .exe (not Winrar. exe) is usually you dont need to install things in system32 manually, but the disadvantages is that it can easily ( have bug.. ) damage your system if you made a mistake during install or uninstall.

Disadvantages of manually installing themes , require you to install things in system32 manually, which is where people are always getting into trouble and ended in failure, but the advantage that it is safer because it does not affect many systems in the computer (unless you want to install things in sistem32).

For people who are familiar or know little bit about computers or themes definitely or mostly will using the manual theme installation and for people that not familiar about computers or themes often they will use the .exe or they sometimes dont mind to use which one.

I understand what you're saying but if people don't know that the .exe is simply a WinRAR extraction it still will probably turn them off.
