New theme causes strange zoom out effect

    Hello,

I tried applying the dark high contrast theme that comes with Windows 7 in order to minimize eye strain. I love the look of it, but now the text in my browser URL bar and the tabs in the browser seem much smaller than they were on the old theme. I may have done some customizing of that a long time ago because I sit far away from the monitor, but I don't remember exactly how to change the size of those elements.

Any thoughts on how to figure this out?

    Thanks,

    Dean

    Welcome to Seven Forums.

Right-click on your desktop > Personalize > Window Color under the theme lists > Under the color options, click the Advanced appearance settings link

    Option 2

Getting size & appearance right can be a bit tricky.

Just bookmark that site to know the default settings if you ever need to go back.

    Btw, you're welcome.
