    Taskbar & System Tray > System Tray > Basic > System Tray Icons Panel Flyout > <6> > FILLCOLOR:COLOR

    Run

I know it's a firewall alert what I need from you is what program you are trying to install when it popped up otherwise I don't have any way of making that firewall alert pop-up.

Try Lists, Menus & Tabs > Tab > AeroWizardBody > FILLCOLOR:COLOR this should do the wifi, I still cannot get the firewall windows to pop up but I am hoping it's the same as wifi.

Let me know if it works.
