What DPI settings are you using 100%? DPI Display Size Settings - Change

I'm running out of ideas, first remove the 6805.bmp from the explorer.exe folder then try a different start orb and see if it will work.

Do you mean I have to remove the 6805.bmp from original explorer.exe that is existed in c windows?

Ok. Is it necessary to create all three folders if i just want to change orb using theme resource changer? Only explorer.exe folder can be made right?

What I am saying about 6801 thur 6812 is that there is 12 different orbs in the Explorer.exe depending on what DPI you're using.

I guess you should use 6801.png then, doesn't only look bigger when you use a black background if you use a different color does it look okay?

Using the same size 54pixels x16pixels for the overall image you may need to make the flags that you're trying to use smaller.
