Windows 7 Ultimate Signature Edition Theme

Why can't i download the theme? the file says it's been deleted. Is there another way I can install this theme? It looks way cool :)

whats up homie i intalled this theme and i gave you props on that homieee loving that theme all i want to know if you able to help me is the bar on the bottom that kinda look liek the macintosh thats the only thing that aint appearing i dont know what im doing wrong if you able to help me out i appreciated homie

superb work. but my excel is all dark now. anyway to make my excel appear as normal?

just downloaded the signature mega pack and i gotta say man i love it..fantastic work.
I would love to be able to make custom themes like this but i got no idea what im doin or where i start.
My girlfriend loves this as well and she wants it on her computer. I was wonderin if you could possibly make a pink version? i know she would die over that. if not its cool though man. just let me know. Thanks
