How the heck did I change my theme to this?

I somehow changed my Windows to look like this screenshot below a long while back, and lost it after reinstalling my Windows, and I'm starting to deeply miss the look of it, but I forgot how I actually did it in the first place. Yes, it is Windows 7.
Does anyone have any suggestions or explanations on what I did? I believe I was drunk when I did it, so there's not much info to get off of me, sorry. I have more screenshots of my Windows if I need to provide any more.

Have you tried the various choices in Control Panel>Personalize? You can also save your Theme there when it's ready.

What users like best about my installs is the 120 Official Win7 national theme backgrounds collection set up as a slideshow: 120 Original Windows 7 High Resolution Scenery Regional Wallpapers Free Download » My Digital Life

I believe it was some program that I used, not so much of a control panel editing thing, check out the icons in the upper right corner of the window, notice how different they are from the default.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums

It looks like you used a third-party custom theme.

Do you remember doing anything like this:
1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7
    Or
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes

Do you remember if you put any folders or files in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes?

The second method looks really familiar. I believe that's what I went with, but I don't know how or where I got the theme from.
Edit: Nevermind, I've got it sorted out, thanks for the help guys.

I found another theme that looked a bit like it, though I haven't found the exact one yet.
Here's the one that I find, and am currently using.
