Can anyone please direct me to where I can obtain these themes?

I have found the following windows themes and have tried everything I know to download the following themes all to no avail. Can anyone direct me to where I can download or purchase these themes?

Oh, sorry. I thought I added the links. The first one is:http://http://guichamps.com/skin/148 and I can download a very small file with a .wba extension. I don't know what to do with the file to install it. The second link is: http://http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/bgIokT...resdefault.jpg It appears that this is a picture only and not the theme. Thanks again for your help!

Well, I am glad to say that I have found the first theme and all I need now is the solution for the last theme.
