How can i change the tab font color on WSB.

I don't know how to chang the text color.But i know how to change the tab color.just do it
1-Lists , Menus & Tabs > Tab > TopTabItem
2-Lists, Menus & Tabs > Tab > TopTabItemLeftEdge
3-Lists , Menus & Tabs > Tab > TopTabItemRightEdge
then,my windows gvim looks like this

I changed the color of window through registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors by changing window value to 122 122 122. Now when i type in notepad the text caret is barely visible, see attached screenshot. I want to change color of caret.
