Changing Theme on User Account Changes Admin Theme

I am probably doing something really silly, but for some reason, whenever I change the admin account theme, my standard user account theme changes too. Same happens with the standard user account - if I change it, the admin theme changes to match. Change one, the other changes, every time. I have made a custom theme, I have used built in ones, I have used saved ones, unsaved ones, all with the same result.

Here's the really weird part - we have a second standard user account for the kids, and that one stays like it was set. No matter what other accounts' themes are changed, it does not change like the admin and other user account.

    Thanks for any help!

Solved it by creating a new admin account. Copied everything of value over to the new one, and plan on deleting the old one. Not sure why that particular admin account acted strangely (it also would not populate the printers and devices view). Perhaps it's because it was the initial account I created when installing Win 7 for the first time, but now everything's better.
