Using Themes with Windows Home Basic

I don't know if I can discuss this on this forum, but can someone help me use any theme other than Aero, like 3rd party themes, on my Windows 7 Home Basic? I have tried using the Universal Theme Patcher and it only changes the theme to classic. I'm already using the 3rd party Personalization Panel to be able to change colours on Aero, don't know if that has any effect.

If I am correct, I am pretty certain that Windows 7 Home Basic and Starter do no support third party themes or themepacks, in order to be able to install third party themes you'll need to upgrade to Home Premium, Professional or Ultimate.
