HUD Evolution theme still works even after uninstalling it

Hi every1, so i guess that the title says is all. I deleted Hud Evolution theme for win 8.1 from windows/resources, i uninstalled it from control panel. There are no other signs of it(from what i know), but windows seems to continue using its theme. All the icons are changed. Here, take a look at these screenshots so you know what I'm talking about.

You guys have any idea how can i restore all my icons to default windows icon theme.

Hey Andrew, welcome.

This is the Windows 7 forums, you have better chance of a resolution in Windows 8 Forums

This is for W7: Icon Cache - Rebuild

According to Solved Restore default icons on Windows 8 it should work for Windows 8 as well.

Theme works in 64 bit not 32 bit
I just reworked a theme I made with WSB & it works in 64 bit not 32 bit. The old one stills works in 32 bit. After applying it it ether only changes the text or stays the same as the theme I was using. I did a sfc /scannow all was OK with the scan. Any Ideas Thanks Jerry
